The house has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, of which 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on one floor and 5 bedrooms and 2bathrooms on the upper floor. Also, the house has two kitchens. One on each floor which makes the house perfect for big groups and families.
This incredible villa, was built in Sevilla in 1915 by the very well known architect Espiau y Muñoz.
The well known Sevillan architect was also chosen in 1916 by the Committee of Ibero-American Expositions to bring to life the Alfonso XIII Hotel, the most symbolic building within Sevilla which was previously named the Monarch.
The whole house will be available for the guests.

parties are not allowed, smoking is not allowed. The people who are not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the house.
