Fantastic house in the Plaza de Doña Elvira, considered the most beautiful in Seville, a 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral, in the Santa Cruz neighborhood.
It's a whole house, with your garden, private patio and pool of the Casa Grande and the Tower attached to it.

You enter the property through an iron gate from Plaza Doña Elvira. Access to the garden, patio and pool , and then you reach the entrance door to the Casa Grande with its imposing staircase. We arrive at the first floor where the kitchen is located., the totally independent dining room and the large living room.

Also here is the small room for one person with its bathroom and shower en suite.. Decorated with antique furniture and beautiful ceilings and moldings as well as its paintings.. With large balconies overlooking the Plaza de Doña Elvira. We go up the stairs to the second floor where there are the three double bedrooms with their bathrooms and the small living room where the sofa bed is.. The windows in the hallway overlook the Plaza with incredible light.
We go down and go out to the garden and access the Tower through another door..

After climbing a spiral stone staircase, You first arrive at a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool.. Next to the living room that has a bathroom with a shower on one side and in front the attic with a small kitchen., small living area and the bedroom with two single beds where there is another terrace overlooking the Cathedral. Next up the stairs we go up to the main room with an en-suite bathroom and wonderful views.. If we keep going up, We reach the roof from where you can see the entire Santa Cruz neighborhood, its incredible views and the Cathedral.

It really is one of the houses considered one of the most beautiful in Seville..
The Santa Cruz neighborhood is pedestrian.

The house has stairs, wheelchair inaccessible.
Access is exclusive to guests.
